Always do fitness
My life in NZ was very easy where I lived but my dad got a new job so then I had to move from north to south. So first day of school being a Year 6 was pretty easy. After getting through a quarter of the year I was very tired, do you want to know why ? Because I started to do fitness but I knew it was a good sign that meant I was getting fitter and fitter and fitter. Until I got to that stage where it went away and every time I tried harder it came back.
I think people, kids, everyone around the world should be doing fitness because what if you need to go to a meeting or something and there is no car? You could easily ride a bike or walk/run/jog.
Another example might be you're late for the bus so you could easily run after it and try to catch it.
