Today Rimu class had a nutritionist in our class and she tought us about healthy foods and unhealthy foods so we know to make the right choice so we don't get type 2 diabetes which is were if you eat to much sugar you have a little organ that pushes out the sugar you eat but if you have to much sugar at one time it gets tired and stops doing its job which could make you very sick.Next time Chloe comes to Rimu we are going to take a trip to pack,n,save and she is going to teach us how to read the ingredients on the back of the cover to see how much Sugar is really in a box of cereal.

Day two of the nutritionist Chloe coming into Rimu Class.
On Wednesday Chloe came in and tought us about sugary drinks and that most juice has more then fizzys like E 2 has 20 g of sugar and you should not drink coffee until your 25 because... our bones are already strong enough and it doesn't need a lot of calcium because it already has enough.On thursday we are going to pack'n'save and we are going to learn how to read the back of the pack properly on thursday.
